The Chadwick Law Firm serves Newark, NJ and its surrounding areas throughout Northern New Jersey.

TRAFFIC TICKETS

Richard Chadwick began his legal career in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, working as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alexander H. Carver, III, J.S.C. This experience gave Mr. Chadwick a unique perspective regarding divorce matters, child custody and support cases, as well as restraining orders. Most importantly, he became well versed in family law and witnessed firsthand how judges decide cases. It is from this vantage point that Mr. Chadwick represents and advises his clients.
After his clerkship ended, Mr. Chadwick expanded his practice to Municipal Court matters, such as DWI/DUI, disorderly persons offenses, and traffic tickets, as well as indictable criminal offenses in the Superior Courts of New Jersey. Since he began engaging in private practice, Mr. Chadwick has represented thousands of clients, and whether it is taking a case to trial or negotiating with the prosecutor, Mr. Chadwick has helped his clients avoid jail, avoid license suspensions, avoid points on their drivers’ licenses, and has obtained more than his fair share of dismissals.
